| After breakfast sight seeing on Munnar, Eravikulam National Park which lies at the crest of the Anamalai ranges spreading over 97 sq. km of evergreen tropical forest. The Nilgiri Tahr in Eravikulam are among the rare breed of mountain goats in the world, Mattupetty Dam, Eco - point, Devikulam, waterfalls, Tea plantation, boating, Museum over night at Hotel. |
| Day: 03: Munnar- Kumarakom (Houseboat) |
| After breakfast drive from Thekkady to Kumarakom (175 Kms / 4 Hrs).. On arrival at Kumarakom visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary ( famous for migratory and local birds ) and famous for endless view of calm clean backwater of Kerala with canals, paddy fields at 1230 hrs board on houseboat. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. |
